1. What CALIBR is

CALIBR ("we", "us" or "our") is an adaptive hybrid-training coaching platform. Training, calibrated to you. We collect only the information needed to build and adjust your training programme, keep your account secure, and improve the product.

2. What we collect

• Account information: name, email address and authentication details from Google or Apple sign-in.
• Training profile: goals, schedule, equipment access, experience level, body weight, estimated or known 1RMs, and injury history.
• Training logs: completed workouts, sets, reps, RPE, running pace/times, recovery check-ins, progress photos and coach chat threads.
• Connected-device data: if you choose to connect a wearable such as Garmin, activity and recovery metrics from that service.
• Technical data: device type, app errors and feature usage events used to diagnose issues and improve the platform.

3. How we use your data

• Generate and adapt your personal training programme.
• Power the coaching rationale, evidence layer and recovery recommendations.
• Sync your data across devices signed into the same account.
• Keep the service secure, reliable and performant.
• Communicate important service updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your training data to target advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage only where necessary to operate the service: authentication sessions, theme preferences, and in-app state such as your current training plan. We do not place third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings. Clearing authentication cookies will sign you out of the app.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run CALIBR (for example, cloud hosting and authentication infrastructure). All providers are contractually bound to use your data only on our behalf and under equivalent privacy safeguards.

6. Data retention

We keep your training data for as long as your account is active so your coach can build continuous training blocks from your history. If you delete your account, your profile, programme, logs and conversations are permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your choices

• Review and update your training inputs in Plan Settings at any time.
• Export or delete your account from the Settings page.
• Disconnect wearable integrations from Settings.
• Contact us to exercise your data-protection rights, including access, correction or deletion.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and least-privilege internal permissions. No system is ever perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to us immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will also be communicated in the app.
